The gastronomic reputation of Spain is well known worldwide.                                      Its Mediterranean cuisine is influenced by the presence of spices and oriental Arabic  flavors.

The Arabic conquest brought new ingredients to Spanish cuisine from different parts of  the world, such as Persia and Indian. In fact there are a lot of specialities that you can try.

ANDALUSIA

JAMON IBERICO

Ham is the best known Spanish product in the world and certainly it is what the Spaniards are most proud of. In fact, The Jamón ibérico, is a type of ham from the Iberian pig, very appreciated in Spain and in the Portuguese cuisine. Therefore it is considered a high-quality product.

MADRID

PATATAS BRAVAS

“Patatas bravas” is one of the most known typical dishes in Spain. It is an appetizer tasted mainly during happy hours. Furthermore it is cooked by first boiling and then frying the potatoes. A spicy sauce called ‘Brava’ accompanies it.

BILBAO

SPANISH TORTILLA

The Spanish tortilla, known as “tortilla de patatas”  is an egg and potatoes omelette. It is another of the classic Spanish dishes made with eggs, potatoes and onions.

ANDALUSIA 

GAZPACHO

In the Spanish cuisine, the “Gazpacho” is a cold soup made of raw vegetables.It comes from Andalucia and it is very popular in southern Spain. It is served cold, therefore it is more ideal to have during summer.

The primary ingredients of the Andalusian tradition are peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and herbs.

ASTURIAS

FABADA ASTURIANA

The fabana is a typical dish of Asturian cuisine.


A stew of white beans with the addition of various types of meat such as sausage, ham, bacon… This recipe is prepared especially in winter.

Paella is a typical dish of Valencian cuisine and made of rice, saffron, olive oil, vegetables, meat or seafood and the name originates from the ‘pan’ where they cook it. Paella is one of the most famous dishes of Spain, as well as one of the most popular dishes in the world.

CATALONIA 

CATALAN CREAM

The Catalan cream, a typical dessert of Catalonia, known and appreciated worldwide for its deliciousness. Served cold and looks like a creamy base with lemon zest and cinnamon, covered with a crispy crust of caramelized sugar.

BARCELONA

CHURROS WITH CHOCOLATE

The churros are typical spanish elongated fried sweets and are made with a compound of water, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt and are fried or baked, and subsequently sprinkled with icing sugar. Churros are accompanied by a cup of hot chocolate.

EVERYWHERE IN SPAIN!

SANGRIA

The sangria is a traditional alcoholic drink of Spanish origin and it is prepared with red wine, and fruits such as orange, lemon and peach and typically, served fresh and this mix is truly distinctive, delicate and spicy, there is a variation from region to region.
