Variations may include toppings as tomato,the vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese and this is also the Poor dish that was invented in Naples and then spread through Italy and successively in the world.

                              TORTELLINI

 

The tortellini is a classic Bolognese cuisine and traditionally are prepared for Christmas.

The tortellini are typically stuffed with a mix of different types of meat or cheese and Originate from the Italian region of Emilia.

They are  served especially in broth.

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, bacon and black pepper, typical dish of Latium and this  plate is  really calorie and tasty.

The cannelloni are a format of cylindrical dough that are usually consumed with a savory filling such as cheese, cottage cheese, spinach and meat and then covered with a tomato sauce and bechamel and finally baked in oven.

Lasagna Bolognese are a typical dish of Emilia Romagna and are one of the most well-known and tasty dishes of the Italian  kitchen and is made up of many layers of  pasta that, once boiled and drained, are arranged in sequence, each of which are separated by a filling that changes depending of the location.

The eggplant parmigiana is a typical Sicilian recipe.

It is a dish of fried eggplant and baked in the oven with tomato sauce, basil, garlic and cheeses including pecorino, mozzarella, scamorza and caciocavallo.
